It’s light, tasty, and quite flavorful! My boyfriend often says it tastes like Capresse even though it lacks its key ingredient, mozzarella. 1/3 cup olive oil. 1/4 fresh lemon juice. 2/3 cup fresh parsley. 2/3 cup fresh basil. 1/2 cup feta cheese. 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half. It didn’t take very long being on our own to realize how much time, thought and energy it can take to cook for two, and (a more jolting realization) just how little I really knew about cooking to begin with. On February 24, 2011. As you all already know, I LOVE. Chili and I really LOVE. When there are a lot of leftovers. I normally make my chili with some kind of meat, but this was just too good a recipe to pass up. My friend, Steph sent me this recipe and I just had to give it a try. Check out the ingredients I used:. 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes. 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans. 1 red bell pepper. 1/4 cup chili powder. 1 can sliced jalapeno peppers. 1 tablespoons dried oregano. 2 teaspoons ground cumin.
