Jubilee Festival at Battersea park. Well it was a wet and soggy day spent at the Diamond Jubilee Festival in Battersea park on Sunday, I managed to get some pictures before the rain set in - and boy did it set in! I had an open air stand (how I wished it was last Sundays scorcher) along with some other lovely Etsy makers including 'Love from Hetty and Dave. With their gorgeous jewellery and accessories. I saw allot of Union Jacks and silly hats that day! The girls managed to have some fun on.

Spotted Plus at Top Drawer. Yes I did it again! Just recovering from Top Drawer this week which went really well - now I just need to make everything! I have added a few new things including cot blankets to my range - not yet on my website.but soon. I had my second go in the 'Spotted' area of Top Drawer this week as a 'Spotted plus' exhibitor. I was joined by lots of talented 'spotted' designers - beautiful cushions and lampshades by Tamasyn Gambell. Wonderful wrapping paper and stationery by Esme Winter.

2014 was a crazy roller coaster of a year. We packed up all our worldly possessions (and there were allot of them! From 13 years in our happy, familiar and rather full house on Lordship Lane, East Dulwich, London and drove away, down Barry rd, feeling a bit wobbly but positive in our decision to move out of London to the City of Norwich, where Peter would start a new job at Norwich University of the Arts and the children would all start at new schools. Dulwich Artists Open House. Just finished 2 busy weekends opening our house to the lovely people of Dulwich and beyond! Peter and I were showing our chair collaborations and my knitted cushions and toys - I wasn't the only one tired after 2 weekends of meeting and greeting! I have been working on a few new designs (when I get 2 seconds free! And have made some larger cushions by patching knitted squares together - some old designs and some new, the idea came from looking at my Galt puzzle collection. Also I thought I would try to do something a bit more for girls as well as boys - I don't know why but ideas for boys come to me so much easier! I had a mention in an article for. I designed this cushion a while ago as I wanted to get to grips with intarsia knitting. I am happy with the result but it took a very long. Time to do but I will keep trying so I can make it affordable to sell! Christmas at my mum's in Crossgar, N Ireland. What a wonderful Christmas day with blue sky, snow and sledging! It was so cold the snow was dry crystals - not possible to make snow men or have a snowball fight, but we still managed to have fun. The road to my mums house! Before, during and? Before ...

Mid Century Modern March 2011. And I made it through another busy and fun Mid Century Modern show at Dulwich College last Sunday - it was great to meet people, get some feedback and sell some things!
