Enlightenment & Meditation. Enlightenment & Meditation. Rsaquo; What We Offer. An evening program is currently held on Tuesdays. At 12 Malmsbury Street, Kew in Melbourne. All are welcome. It consists of a short introduction, followed by two periods of sitting meditation (30 minutes each), with a 7 minute walking meditation in between. There is a discussion afterwards, with time for questions. Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. Tuesdays 7 9pm $15. One session $15 Two sessions $25.
