A collection of various recipes I found to be interesting. Sunday, September 22, 2013. 1 lb zucchini or squash (about 2 medium sized). 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese. 1 TBSP olive oil. Freshly ground pepper, to taste. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line two baking sheets with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray. Slice zucchini or squash in to 1/4 inch-thick rounds. Toss rounds with oil, coating well. In a wide bowl or plate, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt and pepper. 2 lbs cubed stew meat.

A collection of various recipes I found to be interesting. Sunday, November 24, 2013. Brownie Peanut Butter Cups. 15 oz package brownie mix. 1/3 cup hot water. 12 Reese's mini peanut butter cups. Line muffin cups with paper baking cups. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, vanilla, oil and egg. Stir until just mixed ( 50 strokes). Fill cups 2/3 full. Press peanut butter cup into each cup until even with the batter. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until set. Do not overbake. Mini Corn Dog Bites.

A collection of various recipes I found to be interesting. Sunday, November 24, 2013. 1 package instant vanilla pudding. Half the milk called for on the pudding packet. One tub cool whip. Mix pudding packet with milk until it begins to thicken. Fold in entire tub of cool whip. So good and much healthier than regular frosting.
