Earl Grey Tea Cookie Buns. 2 tsp Earl Grey tea leaves. 200 g bread flour. 4 g instant yeast. 3 g (½ tsp) salt. 110 g milk tea. 20 g unsalted butter. 1 tsp Earl Grey tea leaves. 50 g cake flour, sifted. 1 tsp Earl Grey tea leaves. 2 Strain the milk tea. Add milk and make 110 g milk tea and cool completely.

Heat up a pan (prefer non-stick coated pan) and add in cooking oil to fill the base of the pan. When oil is hot, lay the luncheon meat slices on the pan slice by slice. Flip over when it darkens. This simple step gives the meat a little more texture than soggy, and added fragrance from heating.

23rd BIRTHDAY BRUNCH, WINTER WONDERLAND…and tears. December 7, 2015. December 7, 2015. 051215 – the day before my birthday. I spent the day with uni, hometown and work friends. I started the day with a couple of my girlfriends having brunch at Balthazar. The food was delicious, the breakfast cocktails had just enough punch for 11am and the building in general was beautiful!
