Just meliss and jase. July 1, 2011 · Filed under life. Had a little more of my face cut off. Wear sunscreen, okay? Drove down to California ON Thanksgiving morning- so we stopped at the Vegas Whole Foods for Thanksgiving dinner. Kinda pathetic! In California for the Surf Cup soccer tournament, watching our favorite team, Sparta and Rach! Clay and Jane at one of the games. It was a little chilly at the 8am games, but still sunny! Stole Jason's hoodie. Had to go play at the beach with some of the team.

A life less extraordinary. The journey of an ordinary girl in an extraordinary world. Wednesday, July 20, 2011. Today I went and visited my friend Carrie and her new baby Isaac. And it was fun to catch up with Carrie and do some teacher talk. She's even attempting a set-up with her brother-in-law.which I this point in the game, I won't refuse! This is the view from Carrie's street, and I'm more than a little jealous. Good to the last. Moments in Melissa's Kitchen. Another beautiful sunset- Provo style.

Simply Healthful Live Well: March 2009

Monday, March 9, 2009. That picture is mouth watering, isn't it? Fruit is an amazing food! It is where the 'sweets' world meets the healthy. They are usually vibrant in color and smell fabulous (with the exception of papaya, those who have had it know what I mean). I think many of us have made the statement, "well if it is really good, it must be bad for me." Yet, fruit (and of course all our wonderful recipes. Right), proves us wrong. Tuesday, March 3, 2009. If you happen to live where you have the joyful opportunity to plant vegetables in two different seasons you are most blessed! I planted my broccoli, cauliflower, leaf lettuce, spinach, and beets in September and October. I will begin to plant my tomatoes and warm season vegetables in March and April. The cauliflower is well on it's way. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Soda and Your Body.

Thursday, December 11, 2008. I will always remember as a little girl my friends asking, “Why does your Mommy make you eat brown bread? 8221;, or, “Why do you eat adult cereal? 8221; Or, my favorite, “What do you mean you don’t have any Kool-aid? I will always be so grateful for the knowledge they taught me at such an early age. That knowledge is now being carried on to the next generation.
