http://fitandfrugalmama.blogspot.com/2014/06/manic-monday_23.html
Monday, June 23, 2014. Hey sorry I've been MIA lately, just haven't felt like writing that much. I maintained this week again. I'm happy with it, I didn't always make the best choices, but I did start working out again. I decided I'd start up with what I did when I first started my weight loss journey. I've been doing the Pop Pilates Challenges from Blogilates. They are only a few minutes long so I can do them through out the day. This is what I have for meals this week. Homemade skinny big mac and fries.

Thursday, August 21, 2014. Sorry I've been MIA for so long, this summer has gotten busy and hectic and for most of the beginning of the summer I was not feeling my best. Here is an announcement KBeaner wrote to let everyone know she is going to be a big sister! She is so happy and is hoping it will be a little sister. Now that I am feeling better and vegetables actually sound good again, I am trying very hard to eat mostly healthy. It is HARD! I thought it was hard before, yeah right! Fit and Frugal Mama.

Before I get started, I want to make it very clear. this is only my opinion and my story, I'm not saying one way of feeding your baby is better than the other. I honestly feel that whether you choose breast or formula or a combination moms are making their best choice for themselves and their baby. All the judging needs to stop. Which HELLO is pretty important! I cried the day I gave KBeaner formula not because I was upset I was giving her formula ...

Friday, November 30, 2012. It's the holiday season! Which means fun holiday crafts! Yesterday my friend Julie and I were inspired by Pinterest to make Popsicle Stick Snowflakes. This is the original tutorial,. We didn't follow the tutorial though, we just looked at these pictures from Pinterest. So armed with a hot glue gun and an obscene amount of Popsicle sticks we got to work! Julie showing off her snowflakes! The beautiful finished project! Fit and Frugal Mama.
