Fresh Blackcurrant Shortbread Bars
http://www.hercupofjoy.com/2015/06/26/fresh-blackcurrant-shortbread-bars
Her Cup of Joy. Fresh Blackcurrant Shortbread Bars. June 26, 2015. When life gives you blackcurrants, make shortbread bars! I am so glad that my state allows for the growth of blackcurrant bushes, most states actually have lifted the ban, just a few states think they have better things to do than lift bans on berry bushes, too bad for them. The first state to lift the ban was New York, it’s ban was lifted in 2003. If you cannot find blackcurrants anywhere, try looking for fresh or frozen cranberries.

Wednesday, October 10, 2012. Drop Everything and Play. One of challenges of being a mom is knowing how to organize your day so that your priorities are kept straight. Here are just a couple examples of how I fail at this at times:. Reading to my child is important to me, but after breakfast is served, making lunch and laundry is on my mind not books. I am writing this to confess that I, a 31 year old female with a sound mind and body just learned how to properly hang curtains. There. I said it. Russian Teachermom: April 2012
http://russianteachermom.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 26, 2012. Not too long ago, I was listening to NPR and heard an interesting idea from one of the guests on one of the shows (wow, that is so specific, I know). Tone of voice. If you get my drift. A typical day in our household. Might look like this:. On the way to practice, the baby starts f...

Sunday, August 18, 2013. I remember her being an early walker and talker and oh such a quick learner. She was barely 3 when she learned to write her name, scribbling ABBY to prove to the pediatrician that her proud mother was not exaggerating. She entered kindergarten being ready for 1st grade while knowing about 5 words in English and in two months we couldn't get her to stop speaking English which she wanted to do at all times. She is creative, responsible, bright, independent, loves to cook, athletic,...
