Wednesday, January 19, 2011. My favorite meal, Sludge! Do you guys know what sludge. I don't know who created this, but whoever that did is a genius. There is a how-to video on making a Sludge (scroll down) but I use peanut butter instead of almond, love peanut butter! It's a lot better than just simply having an ice cream or cake. 2 Scoops of protein (I use chocolate). 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Mix half a cup of blueberries in. Put it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Heavenly tasting meal (SRS).
