What do I need to bring to a Day of Mindfulness? You need only bring food if you have a very restrictive diet. We do cater for most diets (grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan) and all food is labelled. As well, tea and coffee (plunger) are provided. Please do NOT bring iPods,iPads, or book other than your course book.
