It doesn't take long to make, and is a kid favorite around here. The scallion pancakes are dipped in sauce, which makes them fun to eat. The kids also like the swirls of egg in the soup. I have a lot of good memories of the people and the culture, and many good recipes of the food. In Taiwan, a common greeting is, "Have you eaten? Chi bao le ma?
