February 19, 2013. While we had the engine out, we also pulled the trans to replace the seals. We’ve always had a minor trans leak which hasn’t caused any troubles yet, but we wanted to go ahead and replace the seals. Not a major project because we’ve already pulled the engine. The Brembo slotted rotors we’ve been running were pretty cracked after last season (mostly Road America), so we’ll replace those as well. Obviously new Hawk brake pads also. Regardless, it’s a good title for our experience in the latest ChumpCar race at Road America.
