A Reflection on Arbitration Risks. During the arbitration we challenged Mr. Crow independence and lack of bias when a previously unexposed relationship with the former employee’s (lets call him M) new attorney finally was exposed to me. Making that challenge undoubtedly effected the outcome of the arbitration. Not making it would have eliminated our opportunity to appeal based on this new information.
