The Unicorn's Hoof: September 2012
http://theunicornshoof.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
I have always wanted to use this title. Now, it represents my ramblings which may include knitting, vacation pictures, sewing, cats, unicorns, or whatever catches my interest. Sunday, September 9, 2012. Yarn Crawl or House Work. The choice this weekend was go check some yarn shops participating the Yarn Crawl along the Rockies or help clean the house. I am sure you can guess what the choice end up being. It would have been cheaper to stay out at home. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

For Christmas, my DH gave a gift certificate since he couldn't find a spin control card or a fiber sphere. He really did try to find them locally. Still no spin control card or fiber sphere. Maybe, they will show up somewhere if I stop looking for them. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

I have always wanted to use this title. Now, it represents my ramblings which may include knitting, vacation pictures, sewing, cats, unicorns, or whatever catches my interest. Friday, September 23, 2011. The end result is a bit uneven and not completely balanced but I think it will work well for a scarf. The first skein has 110 yards and the second 44 yards. I need to wash it and see if blooms before I declare it a worsted because it might be a heavy worsted/light bulky. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
