At Skelligs Watersports we cater for all types of surfers. Whether this is your first time or you just want to get a refresher we will make sure that you have a fun session and improve your surfing skills. All our instructors are experienced surfers themselves, qualified lifeguards and members of the Irish Surfing Association (ISA). Safety is of utmost importance to us so we conduct all our lessons according to the ISAs recommended teaching format.

Our Watersports centre is based on the blue flag beach in Ballinskelligs. This beautiful bay offers very tranquil waters in which to learn windsurfing or simpley to relax and enjoy a leisurely paddle in one of our kayaks. Our Kid's Summer Camps are all about having fun at the beach. While there will be loads of activities we overall ocean safety and marine education will be a very important part of our camps. The camps are for 5 days and run from 10 - 12:30 each day, Monday to Friday. The age groups that they cater for are between 6 and 12. If you happen to miss the start of a camp, don't worry, your child can join in proving there is space available. Or call Rebecca at 086 1054972.

We have two types of kayaks available to rent - singles and duos (these can take up to 3 people). All our kayaks are 'sit on top' boats which means complete beginners can easily master them. Kayaking in the bay is very safe as it is sheltered from the sea and has plenty of nooks and crannies for exploring!

Welcome to Skellig View. Hello and welcome to Skelligview.com. Skellig View holiday cottage is a 150 year old charming country cottage, which is fronting directly onto Ventry Harbour, with spectacular views of Caherciveen at the opposite side of the peninsula and, of course, of the Skellig Islands. It is located only 3 miles outside of Dingle town and just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Ventry village and strand. The cottage is being rented as a holiday home on a weekly or monthly basis.
