For some reason lots of us think its not cool to sleep: “I only need 3 hours sleep! 8221; On the contrary sleep is very important , not to state the obvious sorry. Sleep loss may effect our mood make us irritable, impatience and unable to concentrate. Lack of sleep can contribute to us gaining weight by effecting how our bodies store carbohydrates. Sleep helps us combat stress.
