We’re continually trying to improve what we buy and consume (with a few guilty pleasures, of course). Thankfully it is farmer’s market season! So, to start this off, we have a new go to meal for lunches, hikes, and anytime we’re away from the house! 1 cup quinoa, cook as directed w/ taco seasoning. 1 pkg taco seasoning. Diced tomatoes, onions, other various veggies of choice.

LIVE (better) LAUGH (often) LOVE (without regret). The Biggest Loser started last night! Even though that there is a bit of deception on production’s part (see previous contestant’s blog here. It’s still such a motivational show for me. The contestants are totally transforming their bodies. I finally started tracking calories again. I hate to do it because it’s a pain in the ass, but it really does make you aware of what you’re eating and keeps me from snacking as much. No Responses Yet to “”.
