We’re continually trying to improve what we buy and consume (with a few guilty pleasures, of course). Thankfully it is farmer’s market season! So, to start this off, we have a new go to meal for lunches, hikes, and anytime we’re away from the house! 1 cup quinoa, cook as directed w/ taco seasoning. 1 pkg taco seasoning. Diced tomatoes, onions, other various veggies of choice.

It’s still such a motivational show for me. The contestants are totally transforming their bodies. I finally started tracking calories again.
