Everything is so baggy and falling off me. Before surgery, I was 307 pounds and pushing a size 30. That is so embarrassing to even admit. Today, I am 219 pounds and wearing a size 18. I cannot express how happy I am in the summer and when I am ‘down the shore.’ I wasn’t sure, however, how I would handle the post-surgery diet since I was still adjusting, trying to juggle food choices, vitamins and protein shakes, but I couldn’t have been happier.
