Hier kunnen docenten objecten in plaatsen die voor een bepaalde cursus nodig zijn. De studenten die de cursus doen kunnen de objecten hier ophalen. Om een Vending machine. Te gebruiken moet er ook een 'distributor' module in de Moodle worden aangemaakt. Log in op de Moodle omgeving en klik op Turn editing on. Kies een bestaande cursus of maak een nieuwe aan. Klik op Add an activity. En kies dan onder SLOODLE Modules. Scroll naar beneden en klik op Save and display. Er verschijnt een venster met de melding.

Is een uitgeklede versie van de Toolbar 1.4 (deze werkt nog niet in OpenSim) De lite versie kan 'gestures' van een avatar starten zoals een hand opsteken, zwaaien, etc. Het is een 'HUD' (heads up display) die een vaste plek heeft in de viewer. Dit is niet nodig bij dit object. Hoeft alleen maar binnen de viewer te worden geactiveerd. Klik met de rechter muisknop in je Inventory op de Toolbar Lite. En selecteer 'Wear'. De toolbar verschijnt bovenaan in het beeldscherm.

Samen met een aantal bij SURFnet aangesloten instellingen is een experimentele virtuele wereld ontwikkeld op basis van OpenSim technologie. Centraal staat de samenwerking tussen diverse onderwijsinstellingen en het experimenteren met deze 3D webtechnologie. Ditt project heeft de naam EDUsim-NL gekregen. Binnen dit project is ook gewerkt aan de implementatie van Moodle/Sloodle 1.0 voor Opensim. In 2012 is er een update van SLoodle gekomen naar versie 2. Deze versie is geheel voor OpenSimulator gebouwd.
