A Must Do | My Grad Trip
https://mytravelplan.wordpress.com/a-must-do
To make my 6-months whirlwind tour around the world happen, I overloaded 2 semesters in my sophomore year in order to graduate early, did my honors thesis. On an off-cycle basis (Spring – Fall) and worked throughout all my summers and the academic year to earn extra money. Was all the hard work worthwhile? I’m now living my dreams of seeing the world on a trip entirely funded by myself =) I’m also skipping apparently the harshest winter in Cornell. 4) You are not yet married with kids. You go to grad sch...

Vous n’êtes pas aide-ful. – Francey Pants

Grace writes about all the stuff she does, sees, and eats away from home. Vous n’êtes pas aide-ful. One more month in “La Ville-Lumière” until I return back home to “La Grande Pomme.” Although the weather refuses to fully embody the spring spirit, mocking my attempts at wearing shorts at an uncomfortable 50 F (10 C), I have continued to explore. Finals have arrived at Université Paris Diderot. This is what France looks like. 8211; It’s a war scene! It’s a night club! It’s a church! It’s a knight! 8211; W...

Grace writes about all the stuff she does, sees, and eats away from home. Bougies in the Gâteau. I can officially count the days I have left in France on my fingers and toes. My one remaining exam day is the crooked toe on the left. I’ve been channeling Sartre. In an attempt to ensure Milos' trustworthiness, they tied the balloon to his wrist. 8211; My host brother turned 11 this month! Tournament (my Mii was named. Stop laughing.) As a gift, I bought Julien il était une fois. Parisians have a sense of h...

Brenda Bennett Urban Forestry Educator. Jason Grauer Greenhouse Manager & Seed Advocate. Audrey Denvir Wetland Delineation. Jansen Smith Conservation Paleobiology. Peter Mumford Wildlife Biologist. No Time for Cameras, We’ll Use Our Eyes Instead…. May 13, 2014. In the wake of Cornell’s Slope Day. End-of-the-semester concert, I couldn’t help but quote Matt and Kim’s song, Cameras. No time for cameras. We’ll use our eyes instead. No time for cameras. We’ll be gone when we’re dead. Then once you get the sho...

Well that worked out nicely...: May 2005
http://emallare.blogspot.com/2005_05_01_archive.html
Well that worked out nicely. Wednesday, May 25, 2005. My mom keeps telling me I just need to think about something else, but that's easier said then done. But I'm trying. So, my brother gradutated on Sunday. He and his fiance. Who are getting married in about three weeks. Talk about craziness! He's only 2 1/2 years older than me! I'm quite excited for the wedding :) It's going to be lovely. quite classy. And hopefully there'll be lots of champagne - wink-wink-. Well, anything that can be slurped that is!
