Sunday, August 23, 2009. Wow- -the month flew by! So, apparently I haven't blogged for a month now, but I didn't even realize it has been that long- -guess we've been busy! So now I will continue where I left off. That Friday I had the day off of work because it was Pioneer Day. I spent the morning part of my day waiting to see Ian as he and his mom crossed the finish line of the Deseret News marathon. Good job to you both! And Adam is now 18! Happy Birthday to them! Thursday, April 29, 2010. Last night we had a good experience. Ian and I decided to take advantage of a special Baskin Robbin's had last night.31 cent scoop night! Monday, November 15, 2010. We made it through the weekend. This weekend was SO busy and today I am feeling SO tired! And guess what- - as a "team" Ian and I WON the grand prize for the costume contest, which was LOWER BOWL JAZZ TICKETS! I think Ian is the reason we won but hey.I am excited regardless! Wednesday, August 4, 2010. I am a blog neglecter. Wow- -I had not realized that almost 2 entire months have passed since I have updated my blog! Because I have neglected it this past while- -I am going to attempt to update it without making it REALLY REALLY long! So, Ian ended up running that race (the Squaw Peak 50 miler) REALLY well! He came in feeling strong and good. His time ended up being 13 hours,3 mins, and 24 seconds. Can you imagine running that LONG? I am so proud of him! Katie and Chris Slade.
