Sunday, September 12, 2010. So I took a little blog vacation and now I'm back! It was a great summer and I am ready for the temperature to start dropping. Hubby and I took a couple trips- one back to see the family in Illinois and our friends Matt, Melissa and Kennedy. (Who by the way just gave birth to a bouncing baby boy named Cameron! Sunday, June 27, 2010. Cousins Tammi, Paulie and Brain decided to throw an 80's party. We all dressed up like it was 'back in the day' and we had such a great time! On the way to the party, I had to stop at a restaurant to pick up a platter of food. I was all dressed up for the party and the look on the waiters face was priceless. I said "I'm here to pick up a platter. For an 80's Party." She started laughing out loud! Everyone in the restaurant was looking at me like I was a freak! I found this hottie.

Saturday, October 30, 2010. Rob's Bday Part 3. The next day of riding was the longest. Our route was 52 miles. I was a little nervous about his because I wasn't sure I could finish. I was comforted by the fact that I could. Always call the SAG wagon to come pick me up if needed! Rob, however, was ready to ride! Sunday, December 27, 2009. Well, another Christmas Day has come and gone! It was a lovely day, opening presents and stockings in the morning. Then Rob and I were fortunate to have a house full of family in the afternoon! Its nice to finally have some people over to "break in" our new home! Look at all the presents! Sunday, May 23, 2010. On occasion I am able to drag my husband to the movie theater. He is not a big fan of the theater and sees no big difference in watching a movie at home vs. watching a movie at the theater. I like the "theater experience". The popcorn. Yesterday, we decided to grab some lunch and then go to a matinee. For lunch we went to this great. Burger place called Delux. I highly recommend a visit, but beware, the burgers are BIG and we both brought 1/2 of ours home. AND He actually liked it!

Monday, September 28, 2009. The bathroom door is no more! The entrance to the existing. Master bath has been closed up! This bath will become the pool bath with an door to the backyard. We added some shelving since there was no space for linen storage in there! This is the patched doorway before they finished it with plaster:.
