In any case, I also feel the need to be more generally fit. Forrest runs, rather all the time, and there is a team of people at my church. Who are training for the Boston Marathon. Based on the glowing reviews I’ve gotten from everyone, running is fun and you get fitter. Yay. I want to run/walk a mile three times a week.
