Who's to say what really smatters? This is just what smatters to me. Saturday, July 27, 2013. The customer is king (or queen as the case may be). From this royal perspective, nothing beats a hassle-free, pleasant business transaction either online or in person. Odds are against a PERFECT customer experience but the way a company handles glitches can leave you smiling or grumbling in the end.
