This support is delivered by trained staff under the supervision of SMILE, ensuring competence and your personal safety. Access to community services. Social support when in care plan. Smile & Be Happy Club. Only for registered members). The Smile and Be Happy Club is an exclusive 12 week course to help registered adults with Learning Difficulties in South Gloucestershire to become mentally and physically well. It is run by SMILE Support Worker Debbie Miles together with a Psychologist from South Gloucestershire CLDT. The club is only open to pre-registered Service Users.
