You know, truly and completely uncertain about your surroundings or which way to turn to get where you want to be. It can be debilitating. It can be confusing. It can be downright scary. I grew up in a small rural town in the South. My playground was the woods behind our house and the creek a few miles away. But I don't ever remember being lost. Strange, isn't it? I want to be that.
