R V Travel and Cookies. My Obsessions! Ideal Protein Journey 9 Weeks and Counting. All that said, a girl still needs her chocolate. I have come up with a delicious chocolate fix, it’s not strictly IP but it is low carb and low calorie. 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (I prefer the kind you find in the refrigerated section rather that the boxed kind). 1 pinch of Salt. 1 pinch of Xanthum Gum (for a slightly thicker feel). 1-2 teaspoons Stevia (I like the powdered Stevia with Fiber). 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla.

I used it to make a delicious butter/cream cheese pie crust for a peach pie. Her instructions are so exact and so scientific, it really appeals to me. I scored this cookbook for $4.25.
