Sunday, March 23, 2008. I hope that I can convey on paper the thoughts that are running through my mind and heart this day. March 23 1976 at 7:45am a beautiful baby girl entered this world who we named Trudi Marie. She returned home way to soon to her God, January 25, 2007. The outdoors and nature was where she could be found when life became stressful for her and she alwys found renewal and strength there. Easter lets us all know that as Christ rose so shall she and we also never to be separated again.

Shes not heavy, shes my sister. Where it all began. Tuesday, May 27, 2008. Here is the next on the family tree. Florence Beale Turner. Born in. What was called "Old Reserve." It is near Tylden. Which is about 53 km. (which is almost 34 miles), northwest of Melbourne. It is by such amazing places such as Daylesford. According to sources it had a quarry. I would guess by where she was born that it was on a farm. She married Jens Nielsen Hansen and I am sad to say that is all the information I have on her.

Thursday, April 8, 2010. For those who read this and wonder where part 1 is, it is a facebook post yesterday. Today after returning from the gym I decided to make my favorite muffins. They have whole wheat in them and I needed to grind some wheat. I soon found out that the grinder would not find on my new counter top. So I went looking for a place and as is always, necessity being the mother on invention here is what I found. Yes, it is in the pantry. I made my muffins and they are delicious.

Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Last fall our city of West Bountiful decided to slurry our road. What is slurry you ask? According th California Pavement Maintenance Co. it is a method of covering a road surface to enhance its appearance to make it more attractive and eye-appealing. It corrects distresses in older pavements such as surface cracking and will prevent further deterioration. It also offers skid resistance and improved handling characteristics for drivers. Where are my tax dollars going you ask?
