https://akitchencanvas.wordpress.com/2012/07/21/quick-summer-squash-with-preserved-lemon
Creative Adventures in a Small Country Kitchen. Quick Summer Squash with Preserved Lemon. This entry was posted on July 21, 2012, in American. This recipe is so easy it almost isn’t a recipe. I love preserved lemons. And make a quart jar every winter, but sometimes it is hard to find ways to use them. Chicken Tagine with green olives. Is a favorite as is rice pilaf. 1 Tablespoon olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 large summer squash- crooked neck, yellow, or zucchini, sliced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme.

However, the title of my blog is Consuming Traveler, not Librarian. I thought of putting the L word in the title, but this might identify me as a librarian in a blog search. Too much pressure to update and you know how I feel about pressure. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Address never made public).

Boston is an eating town, so I am looking forward to that too. Sometimes I think that without the shopping, sightseeing and food, this job would just be an endless series of classes and exhibits. Its nice to have a break, but it means dragging myself into downtown everyday and working on upcoming classes and presentations. I dont feel like doing that either with the weather so nice, but I will, cuz I need to do it. Only one co-worker is here today. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.
