Mast pulled, corrosion treated, spreader bushings and masthead sheaves replaced. New VHF antennae and deck light installed. Keel pulled, bolts repaired, centerboard pivot and pendant replaced. Fresh water engine flush plumbing installed. Portlights replaced with new Lewmar models. Factory re-conditioned Furuno radar installed. SEA STORY'S for sale.

The marina is packed with a a lot of high-end recreational boats and fishing boats that cater to Mexican and foreign tourists.
