Run upstairs and unzip your mattress pad off and take a look at the air chambers. Does yours look like this? I opened my bed today, and this is what I found. Yikes. I called Select Comfort Customer Service Team at their toll-free number 1-800-472-7185. They were very nice, and they are sending new chambers, and a foam pad that goes on top.
