Many a bum show has been saved by the flag. 8211; George M. Cohan. As an American soccer fan, I often find myself caught between two divided worlds. I often see this divide play out at one of my local soccer bars in New York City. Then the bartender switches on the U.S. National Team match. Thing – and utili...

December 5, 2013. 8220;Atlético fans are prisoners of a feeling, of their colours,”. 8211; Fernando Torres. Strange how we don’t find teams. Teams find us. I couldn’t help but think of one of the indisputable sport icons of my high-school days: the irrepressible Pat Riley. And, there was Atleti gloriously and convincingly. Of cour...

Dos a Cero: Asher Roth, Rapper and Hero?
http://dos-a-cero.blogspot.com/2009/01/asher-roth-rapper-and-hero.html
An American Soccer Blog With a Little Spice. Thursday, January 8, 2009. Asher Roth, Rapper and Hero? There is a reason I am excited about 2009 and the world of music. It's not just that Eminem is returning. And the Blueprint 3 is supposed to be dropping, but also because of new artists like Wale, B.O.B., Charles Hamilton, and Asher Roth. The latter is not only dropping hot songs like the ones above, below, and after the jump, but he is apparently fighting terrorism. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

An American Soccer Blog With a Little Spice. Thursday, February 19, 2009. Simek and Feilhaber Back to Playing. This can only bode well for the US, as Frankie Simek (pictured above) and Benny Feilhaber both participated in games for their respective clubs this past week. Simek with the Sheffield Wednesday reserves. And Benny with AGF Aarhus in a preseason friendly. If they can get healthy and fit, it will only add more depth to the US midfield and defense.
