Friday, January 31, 2014. ممبئی حقیقت کی بانہوں میں. ماگین ڈیوڈ سنیگاگ کے ہی احاطے میں یہودیوں کا ایک اسکول، جیکب سیسون ہائی اسکول موجود ہے۔ اس اسکول کو سرجیکب الیس سیسون نے 1903ء میں بنوایا۔ اس انگلش میڈیم یہودی اسکول کی پرنسپل ایک عیسائی ہیں اور زیادہ تر طلباء مسلمان۔ یہ ہندوستان کا اکلوتا ایسا اسکول ہے جہاں عبرانی زبان کی بھی تعلیم دی جاتی ہے۔ یہاں کے نصاب میں یہودی تاریخ اور یہودی مذہب جیسے مضامین بھی ہیں! زمین جس کے تصور میں سانس لیتی تھی. وہ ایک پیکرِ نایاب کیا یہودی تھے. اپنے دیش سے اوبھ چکی ہے!
