블로그/뉴스 저작권 이미지 대처방법. 일단 저의 소개를 하자면 2년전에 여기 모든 분들이 싫어하는 법무 법인에서 3년 정도 근무를 했고. 사진이나 글자체 저작권에 관한 업무를 했습니다. 간단히 말해서 일부 저작권 위배라고 받게되는 소장을 보는 업무를 했습니다. 이쪽도 사실 외주의 외주 팀이 상당히 많이 있는데 특정 이미지를 대입하고 걸러 내는 프로그램이 있습니다. 즉 예전에 쓴 연예인 사진이나 오래전 비공개로 했다고 하더라도 일일이 찾아서 보는게 아니라. 이미지 검색 프로그램을 돌립니다. 그래서 우리가 저작권자와 협의가 되어 있는 이미지 (즉 우리가 돈을 받을수 있는 사진들이 있다면). 해당 블로그가 이미지 사용할수 있는 저작권료를 지불 했던 안했던 확인도 안하고 무작위로 일단 내용 증명서 날립니다. 그런데 여기에도 아무나 날리는건 아니고 해당 블로그가 어느정도 영업적 즉, 사업성이 보이는 경우만 날립니다. 합의금을 받기 수월하기 때문입니다. 두려워서 먼저 전화부터 하게 되는 경우가 대부분입니다.
