Erin's Sociology 200 Blog. Monday, October 4, 2010. Thinking about the Future. This is the 2. Time I have seen the “Shift Happens” video and it honestly scares me. I always thought it was important to have a job and a career that could not be shifted overseas or be done by a computer. Most jobs in healthcare still need human contact, so I think I am safe there. The part I think that scares me most is the comparison between China, India and the US in terms of education. Everyone is not cut out for college.

Lately on the weekends, my husband and I have been taking our daughter to the pool and spending time outside watching her grow and develop.
