We gave it one more attempt before Christmas which, no shocker here, was unsuccessful AND the beginning of the next cycle was cancelled due to 2 more large cysts😦 So back on birth control for awhile.

Achieved Goal and Writing Break. I’m not put off when looking in the mirror or running away from the camera at family events. I lost the weight slower than I wanted but hopefully that means it will be sustainable and easier to keep off long term. DH is very proud of my hard work and perseverance, and looks at me with an extra twinkle in his eye now. Most exciting thing of all- DH announced that he is taking me on a cruise to the Caribbean for my 30th birthday at the end of September! 8217; Follow-Up Appt.
