Off Da Couch Studio. Our group program for adults 55 and older that focuses on balance, flexibility, and strength. All of the things you need to grow old gracefully. Class begins at 6pm. This class is $80 per month for 4 sessions. Spaces are limited so call 760-317-6929 to reserve your spot. We're taking our show on the road! Beginning January 8th we will offer a modified version of our popular seniors program through Spotsylvania Parks and Recreation. For more information and to register click here.
