A blog about our family's edible adventures using as many locally produced foods as possible while sticking to our dietary needs and buget! Friday, July 2, 2010. After the parade, its time for brunch. This year I have elected to make a gluten free, dairy free breakfast casserole that is safe for Layla and I to eat. A blog about our family's edible adventures using as many locally produced foods as possible while sticking to our dietary needs and buget! Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Summer in Texas is delicious. If any of you have been to one of the local farmers markets lately, you know what I am talking about - tomatoes, peppers, peaches, melons, herbs, onions, oh my! The Perkins Family Urban Farm. A blog about the adventures of raising our three boys. Monday, November 12, 2012. Halloween, Pumpkin Patch 2012. We had yet another fun-filled Halloween this year! First, we went to the Sunset Valley Elementary Fall Festival at Eli's school. Thanks to more parent involvement and a bigger, better PTA, the fest was 100 times better than last year.
