All condominium units are individually owned and fully furnished. All units are non-smoking. Visit the Rental Units. Page to select individual units to view. Ground floor units have one bedroom and several also have a large den. All of the upstairs units are two-story units with either two or three bedrooms. Most accommodations have ocean or mountain views. All units (except #16) have a balcony or patio. And most have a BBQ and/or fireplace. For your convenience, we have two coin-operated laundry rooms.
