Sunday, March 13, 2011. Wednesday, March 9, 2011. I have been working on a few more bulletin boards lately. This is part of the illustration for the Gender Violence board. It was fun to play with the negative space always leading to the outside as if the white was creeping into the black. Filled silhouettes are overused and since the client still wanted one I decided to twist it a bit. My character looked too much like an old man so a re-draw was necessary.
