Diary of a solo daddy. Wednesday, February 5, 2014. It is funny how literal kids can take things. The simplest turn of phrase can lead to several minutes of explaining and questioning. Tonight we went to eat chinese, which is a weekly occurence. On the way home there were several police cars blocking the road about 100 yards from our entrance. Apparently there was large sheet of ice and there had already been several accidents so they were closing it off until a salt truck could get on site.
