Tuesday, October 10, 2006. The Judge answered yes. How did the motorist get a driver’s license when he could not speak or read English? All road signs are in English, ex. full stop signs, yield signs, speed limit signs and no turn signs are all in English. The Judge suggested that police officers carry cards stating the operator’s rights in Spanish.
