This work is a meditation in motion, unifying mind-brain, nerve-muscle. I have worked with practitioners of yoga and bodywork, who after experiencing somatic principles of movement have incorporated it into their practices. I am a graduate of the Novato Institute for Somatic Reseach and Training and am a Certified Hanna Somatic Educator. We tend to teach what we most need to learn. My approach to canine well being is based in empathy and a grounded foundation of somatic understanding.
