That goes without saying, eh? That's my biggest problem - I can't do healthy unless it's tasty. Fortunately, this is one of those foods that tick all the boxes. Roasted Yellow Pepper Hummos. 1 cup dried chickpeas. 1-2 tsp salt (to taste). Juice from one lemon.

Aside from the usual candied orange and lemon peels, they also candy whole cherries, strawberries, pineapple rings, angelica, Clementine slices, and even whole pumpkins and pineapples. And let me tell you—it’s quite a sight seeing all those glistening fruits lined up on their drying racks. Most notably around the holidays,...

Better than "I like to eat, eat, eat.". Tuesday, February 7. I'm so happy to be baking along with all you ladies and gents again! For the recipe, visit either Jules or Laurie's blogs at Slush. Or Someone's In the Kitchen. Quite a few people went the cinnamon swirl route, but I like your savory take with the cheese. I think this was a great recipe for the kick-off of our new book, too - fairly simple and very tasty! Adding cheese sounds yummy. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
