So, the love affair began. With her head down intently and snout firmly pressed to the grass Lucy continued to survey her territory with the sole aim of finding something appealing to chow down on. My attempts to interrupt her seemed not to faze her and she would simply continue the search wherever I put her down, even if that meant her back legs were on my lap the rest of her was face down on the ground!
