http://pianogirlann.blogspot.com/2010/03/compin-it-up.html
Random thoughts from the piano bench. Saturday, March 20, 2010. I have no witty line to open up this blog post, and I have no apologies for taking three months to write it. Time is moving in weird ways for me, simultaneously compressed and expanded. Once again, rather than try to be poetic ('cause I'm not sure that's ever successful), I'll just give you a run-down. Except there generally aren't space monsters to capture you, and the closest mountains are about a thousand miles away). Yeah, so, Little Town.

Random thoughts from the piano bench. Sunday, April 12, 2009. And now, a word from our sponsors: Food and Procrastination. Sadly, the university has taken it upon itself to eliminate this quite wonderful piece of graffiti. Luckily I snapped this before the paint police came in. . http://pianogirlann.blogspot.com/2009/05/meet-me-in-st-louis.html
Random thoughts from the piano bench. Monday, May 4, 2009. Meet Me in St Louis. IT'S A PRETTY DARN TALL ARCH. Dinner was at an Irish Pub: . We split a pretty good dessert, but I don't know if it's blog-worthy. My dinner was, though. It was decidedly not Irish, but it was delicious: spinach salad, chevre (melted in my mouth! Strawberries, candied pecans, red onions, blackened shrimp (mmm, spicy) in a honey-lime vinaigrette. YUM! WHY YOU SHOULD TAKE PIANO LESSONS. Ok, this youtube video. 2 Choir concert #1.

Allow me to back up a moment, remember this job. Jobs = successful, right? And go to the Bijou. So anyway, I'm "back" to "blogging," for whatever that's worth. Evidently it's been about four months (FOUR MONTHS? Since my last p...

http://pianogirlann.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Random thoughts from the piano bench. Sunday, September 21, 2008. Last week a drunk Hawkeye Fan told me that I look like Sarah Palin. SARAH PALIN. WTF. I was so angry by that I could barely squeak out words to explain why she is one of the most evil women in history, with the possible exception of Phyllis Schlafly. Grr. Grrrrr. Anyway, I just read this post. Maybe there is hope and I don't have to become totally disillusioned with our country yet. . Currently listening to: . Also on heavy rotation: .
