Saturday, January 2, 2010. Get used to running every morning and/or afternoon. Wear a two piece swimsuit comfortably in the summer time. Eat like I want to live another 60 years, not like I want diabetes. Go to bed by 10 every night, be asleep by 11. Wake up at 6 am Monday-Friday.
