Just What I Needed. I am Loving This! July 1, 2015. I haven’t posted for a while, but that doesn’t mean I have stopped stitching! I started a new embroidery project. Here’s how it started:. I had seen a group of my pink threads together, and thought it would be neat to try stitching a whole project ONLY using pink/coral colors. I had a sketch in my journal. And I had this card that I had gotten from a friend. I liked the colors in the card. Here’s some close-ups of the stitching:. And that’s how it...

trying to blog: November 2012
http://hmmmthisisimpossible.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 30, 2012. This is the table runner and Christmas tree I made for the gift exchange this year. I hope Cruz likes it! And, I made a bell ornament for everybody too. A little funky, but fun! I thought I'd better get a picture before I gave it away). Here is a little hummingbird I made today. He is cute, but I am not sure WHAT to do with him just yet. He may remain a single little unit, all by himself. The pattern is from Margaret Rolfe. I LOVE her patterns. Wednesday, November 28, 2012.

It's All About the Quilting. Quilting is the stuff of life! Tuesday, February 5, 2008. Blog Contest at post #68. We had a great guild meeting last night. A few folks from the local doll guild showed up to help a member demonstrate those lovely bra purses that are cropping up to help raise money for breast cancer awareness. Apparently at the event last year they raised enough funding to help three women get special prostheses after mastectomy's. For more information, go here. Count me in. OK? Http:/ soren...

I've heard that since I was wee little and I tell you what, it's true. A good breakfast will get me through the day like no other thing I know. . . even coffee. (Okay, that's not exactly true, coffee goes a long way toward Teri being a happy quilter.). These explanations are great. Then, I clicked on something to view the next vide...
