Saturday, May 8, 2010. The Diet that Bites and The Diet that Strikes. As you all know that I have been a fat child wanting to be thin all my life. So, when I was going through my teenage diary almost every second page had a line "Ate so much from tomorrow will go on liquid diet". And because I kept on increasing my weight I never stuck to the liquid diet. Past has seen me following, Atkins, GM and of course the local dietitian diet. I also understood that only a stuffed full feeling of the stomach can ma...

http://fatchicgoesslim.blogspot.com/2010/04/fridge-full-of-goodies.html
Monday, April 12, 2010. A Fridge Full of Goodies. The best part of weight loss is that you fail. More than success its the failures that teach us how to be prepared for the next round. A pre cooked meal is far better than instant food that you bought from the super market. Now here is the suggestion for pre cooked meals.

http://fatchicgoesslim.blogspot.com/2010/04/size-does-matter.html
Saturday, April 24, 2010. This Post is best viewed in Mozilla Firefox. Size has obsessed us from the ancient times. In weight loss kingdom I bet my soul that size does matter. It plays the most crucial part in satisfaction. In my old fat days, I would cook in bigger vessels as, of course, I would not apply any measuring method like The Mighty Rule of Fist. These are the past and present vegetable cooking pans. This is the classic. I have been eating with desert spoon from a long time now. Even if I t...

Fat Chic Goes Slim: Mighty Rule of Fist
http://fatchicgoesslim.blogspot.com/2010/03/mighty-rule-of-fist.html
Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Mighty Rule of Fist. My mother taught me that there should always be enough food in the house to feed an unexpected visitor. It is always good to feed the hungry. Monday, January 11, 2010. Sneaking Exercise in Your Daily Routine. When I was in my teens I used to love listening to music and go for a stroll on my terrace. It was kind of my daily schedule then. For me music is a great boost that keeps me working on a machine. 3 If you can't go out for a walk, Google walk in h...
