Martin Herbert, who died on Wednesday 10 December 2014. Martin Herbert was my friend. He died in the early hours of yesterday morning. He died suddenly and unexpectedly. Day Zero: Moving-in Day. A time to scatter stones. The removers are busy removing the final items of furniture, boxes of crockery, and disability-related equipment.
